Invoice Maker Privacy Policy

Welcome to Invoice Maker. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app. Please read it carefully before using the app. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

1. Information You Add

Invoice Maker is a local-first bill management tool for small business workflows. You may choose to add or generate the following information:

• Business profile details, such as business name, phone number, email address, postal address, default tax rate, and payment terms.
• Customer details, such as customer name, company name, phone number, email address, postal address, and notes.
• Bill details, such as estimates, invoices, receipts, service items, amounts, taxes, discounts, service addresses, notes, and payment status.
• Expenses, service item templates, PDF previews or shared files, and CSV export files.

2. Local Storage

In the current version, your business data is stored locally on your device by default. We do not operate a custom server that proactively receives, stores, or syncs your customer, bill, or expense records. You are responsible for device security, backups, access control, and choosing where exported or shared files are sent.

3. Third-Party Services

The app may use the following third-party services to provide required functionality:

• Apple In-App Purchase: Pro purchases, payments, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple. The app uses Apple APIs to receive purchase or restore results and records Pro entitlement status locally.
• Umeng Analytics: If Umeng Analytics is configured and enabled, it is used to understand page visits and basic feature usage, such as creating bills, exporting CSV files, or entering the purchase flow. Analytics should not include business content you enter, such as customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, or bill notes.
• System sharing: When you share a PDF or export a CSV file, the file is passed to the system sharing flow based on your action. Please make sure the recipient and sharing channel match your privacy expectations.

4. How Information Is Used

Information is used to create and manage bills, customers, service items, and expenses; generate PDFs or CSV files; record Pro entitlement status; improve app stability and basic feature experience; and satisfy legal, regulatory, or app store review requirements.

5. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not proactively upload your customer lists, bill details, expense records, or notes to our servers.
• We do not require unrelated sensitive information for basic app functionality.

6. Export and Deletion

You can edit or delete customers, bills, expenses, and service items in the app. You may also export PDFs or CSV files. Deleted data may not be recoverable. Copies may still exist in system backups, shared files, or third-party channels, and should be handled under the relevant channel rules.

7. Children

The app is intended for users with independent business management needs and is not directed to children. If you are a minor, please use the app under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy due to product changes, legal requirements, or app store rules. If material changes are made, we will provide notice in the app or another appropriate place. The updated policy becomes effective when published or notified.
